That is a good question, and it is hard to answer. I can tell you that a lot of my older patients have had very good results with the BBL to lift and help reinflate the buttocks. Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. You can maintain your BBL results with exercise and a clean diet. Lifting, squats and lunges after a BBL will only help increase muscle bulk and definition and achieve a more projected buttocks.
