If I have tight skin will I be able to get the size booty I want? Will my skin be able to stretch?

I have very tight skin, and my fat is very solid, If I'm doing a surgical procedure I want the best results possible. I want a big nice round booty. But I'm not sure if my skin is going to stretch because my skin is so tight. My ass is so hard already. Please your opinions and answers will be greatly appreciated. I don't want to do this and not get the results I want because I have tight skin.

Although there is some limitation in anatomy, I have not seen a buttock that could not be improved substantially in hundreds and hundreds of surgeries.  Find
 a BBL expert who
 performs hundreds of BBLs each year and has great reviews and great

Unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. 
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
