Lateral sliding of implant into the axillary region, can this problem be fixed? (Photos)

I had implants/anchor lift done 10 weeks ago. My right implant has fallen out of the pocket & into my axillary region. It causes pain/discoloration/double bubble. my surgeon says this is my "natural breast tissue" & that he "even went in 2x in surgery to double check it wasn't the implant". When I voice my frustrations and ask about fixes (a textured implant - he says it doesn't work, or using a fake skin wall - he says it will cost as much as my initial surgery 8,000$) no help. What can I do?
