41 yr old woman. Eyes look tired thanks to hollowness and shadows. Makeup products either don’t help or make the appearance worse. Not a good candidate for filler due to allergies (per dermatologist). What are my options? I’ve seen some great results with lower bleph surgery, plus fat transfer and CO2 combo, but not sure that makes sense if I don’t have bags.

Answer: How to improve hollow under eyes? Since "you" state no HA fillers then try nano fat grafting to tear troughs. Expect fees in $1,500 ranges. Best to seek ONLY in person examinations.

Answer: Treatment of Under Eye Hollows What you have is easily treated with a "filler" by an expert. Your allergies should not be a problem since you can use either Juvederm Voluma, a hyaluronic acid filler with exceptionally low allergic potential, or Radiesse, a completely different filler (calcium hydroxyapatite), or fat with absolutely no allergic potential. You just need to see an expert, who the person you saw obviously is not. Under no circumstances consider a lower blepharoplasty or laser as you have none of the things that would qualify you for either.
