Asian eye shape but caucasian - how to remove epicanthic fold or tilt eyes downward? (photos)

I have an asian eye shape with an epicanthic fold. I have no asian ancestry as far as I know but many members from my family have small eyes and an "asian touch". My eyes are also tilted "upwards" like east asian eyes often do. I had an eyelid lift 7 year ago, that's why I have some small scars and maybe also an unnatural looking. My question is: Is it possible to make the shape more western-looking? Remove the epicanthic fold or tilt the eyes more downwards somehow?

Addressing the upper eyelid ptosis will go a long way to making your eyes more dramatic, beautiful, and jewel like. The position of the lateral canthus can and possibly should be adjusted. If you have had prior eyelid surgery, this will complicated your future upper eyelid revision in away that will be beyond the capabilities of most surgeons in the eyelid fix-it business. Study my attached video and the link to the paper I have listed below. I think you are focusing on the wrong issues. Your eyes can be your best feature. It all begins with a detailed, in person assessment.
