Eyelid wrinkles: what is my best course for correction? (photos)

I had upper blepharoplasty 3 years ago. I was happy with results but recently have felt my eyes look tired again. I know there is a frame deformity but the extra skin on outsides bothers me more. Hollowness bothers sometimes. What is my best course for correction?

A slight modification of the upper eyelid skin and possibly removal of some leftover fat pads could give you a more even result.

Thank you for your question. The answer is, it depends. In older age groups the lower lid can become lax (loose) due to a combination of aging changes that effect critical supporting structures. A lateral canthopexy or canthoplasty that tightens the lower lid can lengthen the palpebral fissure....
