I have a very prominent cleft chin - pretty much looks like a bum in my face. I have always hated it, especially being female. I had a consultation once with a doctor and he said an implant would be the only option but that I would probably hate the result. I feel like the cleft has become more prominent with age and weight gain and it seems like there is quite a bit of fat in my chin around the cleft. Would kybella injections in my chin help reduce the fat and make the cleft less prominent?
