Would Kybella help me achieve a more defined jaw line despite having a low hyoid? (photos)

I already have a low body fat percentage but the angle between my neck and jaw is not great. I am hoping to make the jawline a bit more defined. Do you think that Kybella would be an option based on the photos? If my issue is a low hyoid would Kybella still work? My jawline is stronger on my right side. Do you think filler on my left side would be an option?
