Botox to shrink temporal muscle to get rid of round shape, is this something that is possible?

I've read that botox can reduce the size of the temporal muscle which can make it less round, I'm wondering if this is possible and how I can go about finding providers that do this?

It is possible to temporary reduce muscle bulk using Botox. This has to be done by an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon since too much muscle paralysis may create significant functional problem. Good luck.
