Hi. I have a brow bone that is more prominent in the middle of the area(glabella), and I would like to level it out with the eyebrows. I want to augment it within the eyebrow area so it makes my eyes look deeper set. Is it possible and what type of doctor does this?

Thank you for your question and photo. A combination of Botox and dermal filler injections can contour your eyebrows and may help you achieve your desired aesthetic. Botox is administered to target specific facial muscles and reduce their activity, while hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are used to lift and restore volume where needed. While not as complex as surgery, fillers still require a great deal of skill and precision to achieve the smoothest outcome. In my office, we use a microcannula to inject the area near the eye, which minimizes bruising and swelling and ensures an optimal result. Hi @tm1060. You can achieve this look with wrinkle relaxers.  Wrinkle relaxers include Xeomin, Dysport, Botox, etc. Wrinkle relaxers can be administered by a licensed physician, PA, or nurse with knowledge and experience with the product.

Thanks for sharing your photo. It notes the asymmetry of your brows and possibly underlying bone structure. Yes, it can be improved with filler. Hyaluronic acid would be my first choice as it can be dissolved if you dislike the appearance. I have also had success with Radiesse, a bone-like volume filler. Botox, a injectable muscle relaxer will be useful to elevate and shape your brows.
