Hi. I have a brow bone that is more prominent in the middle of the area(glabella), and I would like to level it out with the eyebrows. I want to augment it within the eyebrow area so it makes my eyes look deeper set. Is it possible and what type of doctor does this?
Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: How injectable treatments may be right for you Thank you for your question and photo. A combination of Botox and dermal filler injections can contour your eyebrows and may help you achieve your desired aesthetic. Botox is administered to target specific facial muscles and reduce their activity, while hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are used to lift and restore volume where needed. While not as complex as surgery, fillers still require a great deal of skill and precision to achieve the smoothest outcome. In my office, we use a microcannula to inject the area near the eye, which minimizes bruising and swelling and ensures an optimal result. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced expert injector. They will be able to discuss your aesthetic goals with you to determine the best treatment option.

Answer: Filler for forehead / orbital bone asymmetry Dear tm1060, Thanks for sharing your photo. It notes the asymmetry of your brows and possibly underlying bone structure. Yes, it can be improved with filler. Hyaluronic acid would be my first choice as it can be dissolved if you dislike the appearance. I have also had success with Radiesse, a bone-like volume filler. Botox, a injectable muscle relaxer will be useful to elevate and shape your brows. Find the very best, Board Certified, experienced Plastic Surgery injector for this procedure. It takes, skill, technique and a "eye" to achieve you desires. All the best!
