Reverse non-incisional double eyelid - are the sutures removed from outside the eyelids or inside?

I had non-incisional double eyelid procedure 2 months ago. I want to reverse the procedure. Are the sutures removed from outside the eyelids or from inside the eyelids? Should I be concern about scarring? What are risks I should consider. Please help. Thank you.
