In short... yes! You're an excellent candidate based off of that and your upper lip height alone. ..........

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You may be a candidate for this procedure. I would need a photographs of your mouth in repose, not smiling.
