Have flattening of your mid face, it may be worth considering injectable fillers as compared to a silicone implant. There is nothing wrong with silicone cheek implants, however, with time and loss of facial volume, sometimes they become visible and need to be removed. Thank you for this question. Hello and thank you for your question. Silicone implants have an extremely high rate of complication, including infection, extrusion, malposition, and numerous other types of complications. I would not recommend having this type of implant. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
