Is it possible to have permanent vision problems after nose flap surgery ?

Hello and thank you for your question. As long as you are able to obtain medical clearance, then the odds of permanent visual changes are very unlikely. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
