Just wondering, as I don't hear much about it even though many women complain about lateral width in larger extended anatomic implants. Why don't more surgeon use this, especially when deciding between the medium and large EAC? Thank you.

Personally I would not deal with meant for it. Solid silicone implants are what most plastic surgeon use. This should not be any different than doing a regular chin implant and I would guess most plastic surgeons should be comfortable doing this.
