What technique can be used to correct grade 3 inverted nipples? (Photos)

Thanks for posting your pictures of your inverted nipples. At times, this condition can be stubborn  and recur despite best effort.     In any event, in my practice  , the solution for situations like yours is to cut the nipples' ducts, since they are short and pull the nipples in. When this is done, a cavity is formed at the base of the nipples, which I fill with breast tissue , to stabilize the nipples. I also place U shape permanent sutures at the base of the nipples, again, to stabilize the nipples and prevent the collapse of the inserted breast tissue.  I am sorry to hear about the problem you are experiencing after surgery to correct inverted nipples. In my practice, correction of the inverted nipples involve division of the lactiferous (milk ducts).  Best wishes.

 You can use a HA filler to see if they pop out and stay out.  You can also do a nipple piercing (which we can do in the office) along with fat grafting later also.  Lots of good options!
