I had inverted nipple correction on grade 3 nipples and BA done 5 weeks ago. My doctor says he spread the ducts a lot, used a filler and added stitches. However, immediately following surgery they were still inverted. He claims there wasn’t enough tissue underneath to hold them out. I’ve been using a nipplette suction device and it takes out the entire nipple but once I remove it, they sink back in. What technique can be used to keep them out? Thank you!

It has only been three months since your breast implant surgery was done. You still have some swelling, so I recommend that you wait another three or four months to see how you like them when all of the postoperative swelling has subsided, an d your tissues have relaxed.

The difference between 350 and 450ccs is almost a 30% increase in size, so significant. The 50cc difference between 450 and 500 is only 11%, so a small difference. If you are asking cup size, there is no direct correlation between ccs and bra cup size. Show your surgeon photos of previous...
Thank you for your question and photos. Like Dr Wong said, I would not recommend going any larger. At the size you want to go to there is nothing but problems for you down the road. I wouldn't recommend it. Best of luck to you
