What you are seeking is a subset our modest total jawline enhancement effect. While a sliding genioplasty will improve your chin projection to the line you have illustrated it will not change the jaw angle area. That will require separate jaw angle implants to complement that of the chin.

I honestly think you do not need a chin surgery. I do not see a skin problem under the chin. The labiomental fold and position of the chin is good for a female. 

Yes, you are a good candidate and the contour change should be balanced with the area just behind the chin in order to maintain an even jawline esthetic. Having the prominent cheekbones is a bonus in the overall balance with this area.
