Why do I have SEVERE rippling after breast revision from saline to silicone?

9876
I had 300 cc saline implants taking me from a 32 A to a 32 full B/ small C. I went up about 60 ccs in my revision to moderate plus silicone implant and have severe rippling around the entire implant. It is visible and palpable. My surgeon blew it off and said it is because I have thin tissue but I didn't have this problem before the revision. Now they look worse than before! Any suggestions. FYI....I am at this point not taking advice from my surgeon and am looking for other opinions.
