I always had a small, not raised, barely noticeable brown birthmark on the tip of my nose. Over the past few years, it's gotten bigger, has turned RED, and is raised above the skin and now it looks like a pimple. Everyone always thinks it's a pimple. It won't go away, and makeup can't cover it, it just slides right off. I really hate it and it's embrassing. Why did it turn into a red mole? Please help. And can I get it removed without scarring? Thanks.

These home remedies may have little effect on some moles. I would opt for a professional treatment such as laser, hyfrecation, Clear and Brilliant, and surgical removal. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
There are variants and degrees of abnormality. Pathologists are often adapting their algorithm for diagnosis to incorporate risks and longterm chances of cancer. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
Mole removal options vary in terms of cost. In my office, we use hyfrecation, lasers, RF, and surgery to remove moles. Most procedures are not very expensive. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
