3 new moles on scrotum. Can it be cancer? (photos)

Hello. 3 months ago, I spotted a very small dark spot on my scrotum sack, one which I'm quite sure have not been there before, I can't say for sure. A month or so later, I spotted 2 new spots, one of them identical to the first one and the other a little bit bigger, but not much. I don't feel any pain or anything in my scrotum/testicles. Is it normal for new moles to grow on ones scrotum sack? It should be said that I am NOT sexually active. Could it be cancer?

Thank your for your question.My best advice is for you to see a dermatologist  for an evaluation on the area. Anytime a new lesion  or mark appear it is best to have a physician look at it.Hope this helps

There are both benign and cancerous skin moles that can arise in this area. I would seek a plastic surgeon or dermatologist to evaluate the area and determine if you need mole removal. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
