Hello. 3 months ago, I spotted a very small dark spot on my scrotum sack, one which I'm quite sure have not been there before, I can't say for sure. A month or so later, I spotted 2 new spots, one of them identical to the first one and the other a little bit bigger, but not much. I don't feel any pain or anything in my scrotum/testicles. Is it normal for new moles to grow on ones scrotum sack? It should be said that I am NOT sexually active. Could it be cancer?

Most mole removal treatments do not require any more anesthesia than just novacaine or lidocaine injections. Best, DR. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
Your surgeon will know best about aftercare after the procedure. In my practice, I ask patients to use Plato's Scar Serum twice daily once the skin is healed over. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
Superficial biopsies have a finite risk of mole recurrence. If you are concerned about the mole coming back, it may be a good idea to have it recut. Best. Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
