Indentation at waist after liposuction (Photo)

You are still very early in the recovery stage. There are sometimes bumps and indentations that appear after surgery that resolve over a period of 4-6 weeks.As mentioned, adjust your compression garment and follow the area over time. If it persists as a contour irregularity at 6 weeks, I would definitely have a discussion with your surgeon. I would not worry right now, it is too early. Best regards

There is still considerable swelling so no reason to be alarmed about the contour abnormality. This should improve with time.

That's a bit tough to tell if that is a contour irregularity from the compression garment, your anatomy or from over-resection during surgery.  I would definitely adjust the garment to prevent further indentation.   I would review your preoperative photos with your surgeon at your next visit.  Best Wishes!!

It could be from the garment because there is often a lot of swelling after liposuction. Best to check with your surgeon.
