What can be done for this fibrosis 3.5 yrs post op from liposuction? (photos)

Purple webbing throughout my torso Indentations, Lumps that seem deep, hard-- are these dangerous to my organs? Sciatica Lines from the cannula running up my back in about 5 places Would additional lipo be advised or do I need someone who can focus on scar tissue removal? Can large indented lines running up my back be corrected somehow? What about these 5-Fu shots? What about massage at this stage? How can I look normal again?!

Sorry you have had these complications. It appears from your photos that you may benefit from a Tummytuck however treatment of the problems with your back would require a consultation and physical examination. Sorry for your distress.  This looks like possibly "smart lipo" results?  Possibly performed by a non-plastic surgeon or at a spa? Smart lipo can cause fibrotic spots that are difficult to fix. You also have loose skin.Seek a consultation from a true plastic surgeon who does liposuction regularly (and not smart lipo) and get an evaluation in person.  Sometimes fat grafting can improve these areas and skin tightening can also help (such as tummy tuck), however it will not be inexpensive.Best of luck!
