Do I have congenital symmastia, and what can be done about it? (photos)

Question

Hi, I am 21 years old, have not had any sort of breast augmentation. I am not sure if I do have congenital symmastia or if it is just fat or close set breasts. I am not exactly flat, yet I don't have cleavage like most other people do (including girls with smaller cup size than I do). Makes me look strange in triangular bikinis and low cut tops. Hope to get some advice regarding this. Thank you! P.s. I'm not sure what pictures are helpful, please let me know if additional ones are needed!

In your frontal view, you can see that your nipples
are pointing outward and you have very little cleavage.I recommend a new technique to correct this
called The Horndeski Method&trade;.Using only
a circumareola incision it is possible to reshape your breast tissue creating
upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to
increase your cleavage.If you are
satisfied with the volume of your breasts then implants are not required.This technique avoids the ugly vertical scars
of the traditional technique, maintains nipple sensation and the ability to

Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures.  It is clear in your pictures that this is an area that's bothersome. This could likely be remedied by combination of ultrasonic liposuction and possibly using fat grafting or high profile implants to increase Breast projection without affecting your midline.

This does not appear to be symmastia. Your breasts are normal. If you desire more volume and a larger size, then an augmentation may help.

Thanks for your question and photos. All three of your possible descriptions may be valid, but it is what it is, and naming it doesn't change it.Best treatment for this, assuming no other breast issues, would be liposuction, and post op compression with taping or external splinting.All the best.
