I had a canthoplasty done about a month and a half ago. Is it too conservative? (photos)

Its hard to know what your goal was before the surgery other than having the outer corner higher than the inner corner.  Your outer corners could be raised higher, but this may not look natural on your face.  Over raising the outer corners can make you look asian, which again may not be a good match for you.  Your surgeon will have before photos that will demonstrate how much they have lifted.  Most caucasian patients don't want to have "slanted" eyes by over pulling the outer corners and it can be uncomfortable for a while and can affect your vision if pulled very tightly.  I would bring up your concerns at your next visit and work with your surgeon.

Unafortunatly we'll need more pictures to answer your question, especially one with your eyes closed. What i really recommend you is to ask about a browlift. i think you will get the results you are looking for .
