Butt Implant moved? Why is it so painful, there are no signs of rupture according to the MRI result? (photos)

I had a butt implant 5 yrs ago 270cc's I always had a little dimple on the L side after the surgery but I noticed for the last 6 months that this little dimple got bigger and it is very painful, MRI shows no sign of rupture, however I see an asymmetry on my left side, it hurts when I'm sitting down. My question is...what is wrong with my left implant! If I remove these implants will my butt look saggy and can I have fat transfer right after they removed the implants? Thank you so much!!
