Are these bumps above eyebrows after Botox a concern? (Photo)

The bumps you see is probably swelling in the injection points, you may be sensitive or maybe the injection tchnique was different, since the picture its just 6 days I think is very recent and the bumps should dissapear over the next days. I don´t think there´s nothing to worry about, and as you already know from your previous injections botox doesn´t add any volume at all so you can be sure that very soon you´ll be back to normal.
If you notice by any reason that it doesn´t get better or it gets worse, contact the office where you were treated or go to a board certified plastic surgeon.

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Most likely these bumps are the result of either deeper bruising or a small blood pocket termed a hematoma.  In either case the bumps should resolve spontaneously , but may take another week to 10 days.  You can help speed the process with warm compresses.  Hope this helps.

Dear marjan,This is most likely swelling, or localized deep bruising after the injection.  Injection site reactions are the most common complication following toxin injection.  I would recommend warm compresses, gentle massage, and time.  No further treatment should be needed, and I suspect the issue will resolve in the 7-10 days. 

The bumps reflect hematoma or swelling. Each injector has a different technique and this as well as needle size may have been influential.  The bumps should dissipate in the near future.

The pain and the bumps are indication of deeper bruising or hematoma formation and should disappear without treatment over the next week or so.
