I had Botox for the "11s". I vomited twice, and fell asleep (elevated) afterward. Can this negatively affect the Botox?

As stated in my question, I had Botox today, and became very ill with a migraine. The migraine was so bad I ended up throwing up twice and fell asleep approx. 1-2 hours after the injections. I did be sure to sleep with my head elevated but I was lying down, just not flat on my back. I did end up sleeping for about 4 hours straight. Do you think I will be ok, and can I do anything now to help mitigate any concerns? Thanks,
