Did forehead Botox cause under eye bags, crepiness and tiny eyes? (Photos)

Your question is difficult to answer without viewing standardized before and after pictures or an in-person exam. Likely what has happened is that you have been given too much Botox to your forehead, causing your brows to droop and your eyes to appear smaller. Your crow's feet area still has movement lines inferiorly which are likely compensating for the areas of the muscle which have been weakened, causing more lines under your eyes. This can be improved with some strategically placed Botox under your eye. The other option is to wait until everything wears off in 2-4 months and start fresh with a more experienced physician injector. Hope this helps!

Sometimes injecting Botox in the crows feet can cause fines lines to show more.  By comparison, the lateral part of your eye is now smoother than the areas not treated by the Botox, thus bringing more attention to the wrinkles.  There is also a bit of over-compensation by the surrounding muscles that can cause more dynamics when smiling, thus creating more wrinkles and possibly the bags you are noticing.  If injected skillfully and precisely you can add a few more units just under the eye to help soften them up.  Otherwise, waiting until the effects wear off is your best bet, however some of the heaviness will let up after a few weeks. I also strongly recommend resurfacing laser treatments that can help improve your skin's texture and elasticity.  Fraxel or PRP treatments will help stimulate collagen production and tighten the thin and loose skin of the eyes for an overall rejuvenated look. Always seek an experienced practitioner who specializes in facial aesthetics for best results.  Good luck!

Botox can certainly have negative effects. In fact the skillful use of Botox requires many years of experience. Many patients assume that units are units where ever they are injected. While there are usually measures to mitigate the appearance of errant Botox, it’s better to avoid it in the first place.

Without prior pictures, it is hard to say what the culprit is.
However, as you express feeling "heavy" in your forehead, I agree that it is possible you may have been given an unsuitable dose of botox or the placement was such that it affected other muscles within the upper face.
The crepiness under your eyes may be a normal part of the ageing process; it may be over compensation of surrounding musculature due to the treatment you received; or it may be a hyper-awareness of wrinkles that have remained after the surrounding area has smoothed out from the treatment. 
The effects of botox gradually wear off 3 (-/+) months post-treatment and in your case, it may be best to wait out that time and reevaluate what has improved and/or what has remained and move forward from there. Hope that helps! :) 

Botox typically does not cause wrinkles or crepiness, however it can cause drooping lids if not placed in the appropriate site.
