The bump on my nose feels bigger than what it appears and in certain lighting I can see it in front view. Is this part of healing after rhinoplasty revision with rasping post op 7 months normal? Could it flatten overtime?

Usually not. If the bump is from scar tissue, you may need steroids. If the bump is from swelling it will go away on its own. If the bump is from the bone, you may need a small revision
