Bump on nose is visible under certain lighting. Is this normal? Can changes occur?

The bump on my nose feels bigger than what it appears and in certain lighting I can see it in front view. Is this part of healing after rhinoplasty revision with rasping post op 7 months normal? Could it flatten overtime?
