Hello. I Am curious if doctors will remove fat from a brow instead of a brow lift in some circumstances. I have had a upper bleph, canthoplasty and a couple of upper eyelid revisions. It seems like the brow has dropped a bit after the procedures. It looks like there is brow fat that is causing one brow to appear as if it is weighing on the lid. Could brow fat removal fix this or should I opt for a brow lift? I've included a before and after photo. Thanks.
