Hello, I wish to undergo an operation to build up my nasal dorsum and bridge in order to develop a Dorsal hump. I want a dorsal hump because it will make my nose appear more defined and masculine. I have wanted to undergo such a procedure for many years and after a year of contemplation I have decided that this is something that I wish to have done. Is it possible to do it surgically and if it can't be done surgically, would it be possible to do it with fillers? Any recommendations?

Answer: Non-surgical rhinoplasty Nonsurgical, rhinoplasty, or liquid rhinoplasty is a method to nonsurgically alter. The appearance of the nose, adding volume to the nasal dorsum could be done with facial fillers, although the procedure would offer only temporary improvement.

Answer: Dorsal Hump Procedure - would it be possible to do it with fillers? Dorsal augmentation is most effectively done with surgery as cartilage grafts would be needed to augment that area. Filler is typically placed on the nasal dorsum to help camouflage a dorsal hump instead of to create one, but theoretically this would also be an option, albeit of course not a permanent solution. The best thing would be to have an in person exam where your plastic surgeon can evaluate your nose and discuss your goals to determine the best treatment plan. Hope this helps!
