Alar crease filler - are there any other options? (Photo)

I have always had quite a sharp appearing nose particularly on my left side. I have notice when photographed on that side the crease and cartlidge causing that. I dont wish to have a full rhinoplasty as its to expensive. I have read many more things than i expected about fillers in the nose being high risk of necrosis and many places refuse to do it. This is quite dissapointing as i thought this would be an easier way to resolve the issue. Are ther any other options?

Generally, the width of somebody's nose does not affect the distance in between somebody's eyes. I understand that you have a change with injectable fillers, however, looking at before and after photos would help the experts to answer your question. Thank you. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
