30M. 60kg. 170cm. I'm thinking of doing liposuction along the jawline and the cheeks. I have a small silicone chin implant (with wings) inserted already. 1. Would the procedure be noticeable on someone like me? I know that surgeons prefer doing lipo on heavier candidates, as the results tend to be more obvious. 2. Is doing liposuction on the cheeks and along the mandibular border safe? Would the chin implant or facial nerves get in the way?
