I had a breast augmentation revision 2 years ago to swap out 15 year old implants with smalller ones. I also had a lift at the time. After this last surgery I noticed my cleavage is especially close together- and it has always sat close but it's closer now than ever. I was very concerned about sternum separation and tho I'm content, when I put on a bathingsuit I'm very self conscious. My question is, is there anything low-risk that can be done to get them to sit wider?

You do have "big boobs" and are certainly not a B or even a C cup. Going larger will be heavier and cause more sagging plus thin your already very stretched tissue even more. Stay with what you have.
It sounds like you need smaller implants that are less heavy on your tissue. With smaller implants, the nerves are not stretched so much and you may have less pain. Mesh can be very helpful in some women, but does have more foreign material and increases scarring internally.
Your large implants are too heavy for your stretched out tissue and are sagging. You need to go smaller and relift if you want the girls to stay up longer.
