I am thinking about having a revision tummy tuck due to my muscles being unevenly tightened, resulting in a protuberant lower stomach. I could also use some more skin being removed. However, I likely won’t go with the original surgeon. I love my belly button and don’t want to risk getting a different belly button and not liking it (I’ve looked at many surgeons results and his are the best). Can you keep the belly button when you go through a revision tummy tuck?

You still have some excess lower abdominal tissue which can be removed with a repeat lower mini tuck. The umbilicus does not need to be touched. A vertical component could also be used to tighten even more.
The one breast can be revised to help remove the lower excess tissue and better position the nipple to match the opposite side. Liposuction could be done on the upper abdomen to remove the excess fat. This is not done with the tuck for safety reasons to the skin. Go back and discuss this with...
This is a limit on how much skin can safely be removed at one time. Go back and discuss this with your surgeon. the vertical scar could be reopened and more could be removed. Perhaps you are a candidate for the reverse tuck too.
