I am 8 mos post op for TT/lipo, lift and implant replacement. CONCERNS: rolls when i sit, belly sticks out with "B" shaped silhouette from side view, flap under left breast and breasts are diff size. Have only seen her 3 times since SX. Nurses did post op appts. When i did see her at 6 mos mark, she told me her PA would remove dog ear and tuck in breast flap but i have to pay surgical fees. Im unhappy, she doesn't seem concerned. Am i just "body blind" since it's been 8 months ? Recourse?
Answer: Early result after MMO There is no doubt that upper abdomen and areas bellow breasts would benefit from further, more agressive liposuction. You should wait few months for result to settle and mature and then proceed with this surgery. Minimal fee for anesthesia and facility is customary in cases like yours. Good luck.

Answer: Surgery The one breast can be revised to help remove the lower excess tissue and better position the nipple to match the opposite side. Liposuction could be done on the upper abdomen to remove the excess fat. This is not done with the tuck for safety reasons to the skin. Go back and discuss this with your surgeon or PA. It is common to be charged supply costs for revision surgery. Please go back and reach your preoperative instructions and paperwork. it is probably discussed.

Answer: Required treatments Hello;Your ribs are protruding and there is fat accumulation on them. I recommend Vaserlipo for you. There is fat accumulation on the sides of the breasts. Before any revision is made to the breasts, I suggest Vaserlipo to reduce the fat on the sides. If necessary, breast revision can be performed 3-4 months after this procedure. In the meantime, fat can be removed from the larger breast with Vaserlipo to reduce volume asymmetry.

Answer: Surgery results Dear BigBelly2000, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Considering options You may have an improved contour with some liposuction, however it is important to note that it is not uncommon to have some looseness to the skin when sitting or bending. I encourage you to speak to your surgeon about your concerns. It sounds like your surgeon is offering a touch up without charge for her portion. Having the patient cover surgical expenses is not uncommon.
