Question

I had a deep plane face and neck lift jus over 10 months ago, with complications during healing. Everything was finally starting to look good and inflammation/swelling going down. 2 months ago I started noticing swelling in my cheek an jowl areas and my mouth is looking droopy, asymmetrical and wider. Will this resolve? Not able to contact operating surgeon. Thanks

I follow patients postoperatively for a year after surgery, which is fairly common practice.  This is always the best way to address postoperative concerns.  Generally speaking, asymmetry in swelling and healing is more the norm than the aberration.

Based on your posted, photos appears the result is occurring because of the swelling, decreasing causing a slight downward descent of lateral oral commercial. Do not understand why you cannot contact the Surgeon? Why is that? Best to see in person or virtual second opinion to see if possible minor scar revision of the facelift with upper muscle supplication can be repeated easily? Expect these to be at least $8000. Again best to virtual consult with.
