You can try fillers and see what amount is adequate for you. It is temporary and will stay for a year.
If you are happy with the change, you can ask for similar volume of fat transfer later. This will give permanent results. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon for the best care. Hope this helps.

At your age, fat grafting is probably the best option for dealing with slight volume loss. However, you cannot expect this procedure to remove these natural contours of your face.

Your post does not make it clear if you’re concerned about your nasal labial fold or find wrinkles around your upper lip.

Regardless fat transfer is not going to give the best results and can create undesirable outcomes is difficult to correct.

Smoker lines or peri oral rhytids are difficult to treat. Fillers ends up making the lip look bulky and unnatural. Standard lip augmentation can help a little bit but isn’t great for the wrinkles. Well done Botox if patients can handle this side effects it’s probably the best option in combination with standard lip fillers.

There is no permanent treatment that corrects fine lines around the mouth with the exception of sunscreen and sun avoidance which I’m guessing you’re already doing.

Nasolabial folds do well with fillers but fat transfer is not the same as using fillers and doesn’t give the same results.

Your best bet is to have a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons or facial plastic surgeons in your community to see what each has to say.

Look for highly experienced providers that seem to have an excellent track record.
