Hello! I'm about to turn 30 and I noticed that my wrinkles around my mouth are already starting to peek out, especially on the right side. I think they are too close to my mouth and they age me a lot. I would like to get rid of them as permanently as possible before they become too obvious. I was thinking about a little fat grafting. What do you suggest to me?

Research has shown that it takes about 4 months for fat grafting to stabilize. Particularly on the face, you may need more than one session to achieve your desired result. I generally wait at least the 4 months and frequently up to 6 months.
