The desired size of a nose in length or width cannot be measured in absolute numbers. The length, width, and projection of the nose in its entirety and its separate components are better measured in proportions to each other and surrounding facial features. There are ideal norms for these...

Yes, you do have an indentation of your left alar crease.  This can be easily fixed with a cartilage graft to plump this area.

Tip grafting can be removed through either a closed or open approach.  The issue with tip grafting is that the soft tissues can contract around the graft, creating a visiblity of the graft.

I agree your goals can be accomplished with a closed rhinoplasty.  Expect the cost to be any where from $6000 to $8000 including all costs.  A smaller bump doesn't necessarily mean less work or lower cost.

A closed rhinoplasty to address the bumps is a reasonable request.Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can...

Reverse osteotomy to make the nose wider

You can have osteotomies and spreader grafts placed.  That can widen the nose.  The cartilage can be septal cartilage if you still have some.
