The answer to your question will depend on exactly what type of blood work was ordered.  What type of blood work was ordered (if any) will depend on your medical history and the specific plastic surgeon's preferences.

This question is best asked of your surgeon, who knows what was ordered. I cannot imagine a preop screening lab test that would require fasting levels. All the best.
