It looks like you have hooding of your eyelids, which can be improved with blepharoplasty surgery. At your age, the hooding is likely the natural shape of your eyelids and not an age related change. Many patients with a similar shape to their eyes can benefit from blepharoplasty surgery in their 20s and 30s. I am a little concerned that your eyes are very "big" underneath the excess skin and may look overdone if excess skin is removed. You would need an in person consultation to see if you are a candidate for surgery.

Thank you for your question!  The blepharoplasty can certainly make a dramatic improvement for rejuvenation of the periorbital area.  This often "opens" the eyes and gives a more youthful and invigorated appearance.  Given your photos, it appears that you do have some hooding of the upper eyelids, which could be ameliorated with an upper eyelid blepharoplasty,  Your eyebrows do appear at an adequate position above the orbital rim, however, only on examination would one be able to determine this and the need for any lifting of the eyebrows in conjunction.  Consult with a plastic surgeon who will examine and discuss with you the various options and assist you in determining which procedure(s) would be the right one (s) for you.  Best wishes!

Thank you for your question and photos.It does appear that you have hooding of the upper eyelid skin and loss of the "eye shadow" space. You would likely be a good candidate for upper blepharoplasty surgery.It is also important to discuss the level of your eyebrow to properly correct your concerns.
