34 yearold, 4 months post operation of right upper eye lid for ptosis. concern is the shape/contour differences between both eyes; the right has a different shape than the left & the right is bigger than the left.Question: will the right lid eventually drop & calibrate to match the left or provide a more balanced look between the two shapes? Additionally, the surgeon recommended Botox to assist with the bigger right eye. Botox for eye shape or size is something I did not need pre surgery

All people have facial asymmetry.
The asymmetry is primarily based on bone structure.
