1 year ago, I got unilateral ptosis & upper bleph on my left eye. Since then, my right eye seems to have lost volume on the outer corner. The eye lid also appears to have become more rounded out, whereas before it was much more horizontal. It just looks older and deflated now with the volume loss, almost as if a bleph was performed on it as well. Im aware of herring's law but this seems a bit beyond that description. All people have facial asymmetry.
The asymmetry is primarily based on bone structure.
