Hi, I am a dark skinned woman in my 40s.I got burned during a micro dermabration treatment while trying to cure my acne scars years ago. And I've been to many dermatologist trying to fix it And nothing has changed.had used prescribed hydroquinoine, tretinoin .it seems to be getting darker and now my whole face is different from the rest off my body. Please, I really do need help to get it fixed the dark patches are on both sides of my face .pls, What treatments is out there for me? Joannie.O

Thank you for your question. Microdermabrasion is a much milder treatment than Dermabration. Both help improve dark spots however if you have a hard time not picking at your skin then the much deeper Dermabrasion may not be a good option for you. Consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon...
