Stitch in breast didn't dissolve? (Photo)

Had to get a stitch removed from my breast right on my nipple because it was growing out of my skin and then it looks like it went into my skin and filled w blood. My doc removed the stitch and he went all the way into the hole. The pain killed me. Now that it's removed my breast is still killing me. I have been using neosporin per doctor's orders. Included is a before pic w the stitch How long will my breast hurt. It is killing me. Taking 800 mg ibuprofen. Help :-(

You are an ideal candidate for a breast reduction with lift.  If you want me upper pole fullness, an implant can added also, but I would do that at a second stage and only if necessary.
