About 3 weeks post op BA 660cc in the left and 680cc in the right, saline under the muscle. My breast look wonderful, I am very happy. My left breast was swollen more then the right, with more discomfort ( nothing major). Now both breast are very tender,frequent pain under my left breast along the incision. With little pressure it eases up but this happens all day. My breast are symmetric, about the same size now, no signs of infection the incision looks great. Is this normal? When will ease up?

It's possible to go to 700cc, but if you want that "stripper" look, you should go with a firmer, higher profile implant. Just understand that you'll be stretching the tissues, speeding up sagging. The bigger implant you get, the faster you'll sag.
