3 weeks post op Breast Augmentation, I have this sharp pain under one breast. Is this normal?

Swelling is common after a breast augmentation and occasionally, you may experience weird or painful sensations. However, since you are worried about this and experiencing it all day, it's best to go see your operating surgeon so you can be properly examined in person. Good luck!

Occasional strange sensations and pains can be a part of the normal healing process even this far out from your surgery. It's important for you to look at and feel the area with your hands to make sure nothing seems out of the ordinary. If there is any uncertainty, you should visit your board certified plastic surgeon to let them examine you and make sure there is nothing wrong.

It certainly is normal to have some sharp pains and aches
this soon after surgery. It can last up to 6 months and in some cases longer as
scar tissue re-models and softens. As always go see your surgeon if you feel it
is out of the normal type of pain.
