Implants done 4 days ago and there is a squishing sound and feeling on one side, what could this be?

I can hear and feel a squishing sound above by right breast an inch or so away from my breast bone when I press on the skin or move my arms in a certain way such as washing my hands. Is this normal or should I be concerned? It doesn't hurt, my breast does not feel hot and the swelling is reasonable. I have my post op appointment in 4 days.

I really would not worry about rupture. it might cause alittle bruising or bleeding but unless that side suddenly grows in size don't worry. a little ice may help
