Fat transfer from husband's stomach to use for my breast enlargements and/or implants, advice?

I am thinking of having the fat transfer breast implants..or enlargements..My husband also wants to get rid of his belly fat..Could I use his fat for my breast..and how much does that cost..Or what do I do to get started with a Dr.in my town that can do that..

Only an identical twin can transfer fat to an identical twin without having a rejection risk.  Best to use the fat from your abdomen or thighs. Unfortunately at this point in time, we are not able to transfer someone else's fat into our own bodies.  I know patients ask us all the time and they'd be happy to donate but not possible.

is doomed to fail, unless you are identical twins.  So forget about using your husbands excesses and see a local plastic surgeon to see if you have any areas that could be harvested for grafting in your case.  In my practice, when patients have liposuction somewhere, they can choose to have the fat grafted for only the addtiional costs of the OR, anesthesia (half hour), and prep kits like PureGraft.

Unfortunately, you cannot use your husband's fat for your breasts. Fat transfer will give up to one cup increase in size. If you want more, you will need implants. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing all your options.

Hello and thanks for your questions.  It is not possible to transfer fat from someone else into you.  This is, in essence, a tissue transplant (akin to a liver, kidney or heart transplant).  Without lifetime immune suppression therapy this is impossible, and absolutely not indicated for cosmetic related purposes.  Your own body fat is an excellent option for modest breast enhancement and an implant is the gold standard device for breast enlargement.   would encourage you to schedule a consultation and discuss your breast enhancement options with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), who is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), and also a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) demonstrating their commitment to cosmetic surgery and excellence in surgery.  Assure that they have multiple before and after photos of results that you like so that you can have an informed discussion about your breast enhancement and possible results.

That is a big no! You can only use that that comes from your own body and it is harvested through liposuction in one area, and injected into the breast. You can expect a maximal increase of about 1 cup size and as long as you continue to have donor site you can repeat the procedure. Patients who are thin and don’t have much subcutaneous fat are not good candidates for this technique. There is no way possible  to use fat that comes from another individual, even if it is your identical twin. That would be Considered a transplant and no one in their right mind would do this for a cosmetic procedure as it would likely result in them losing their license and possibly being prosecuted.
