I have a mole on my lower back with a dark circle around it which is concerning me. What treatment would you recommend? (photo)

Mole removal begins with a comprehensive examination and consultation to determine the likelihood of a mole being worrisome. Excisional and incisional biopsies are reserved for suspicious moles. But it’s good news that most moles are not problematic and are only cosmetic, thus leading to the option of scarless or non-surgical mole removal with lasers and RF and plasma. To be safe, you should be carefully evaluated by a
board certified dermatologist. Please use the ABCDE's as your guide for when to be concerned about moles: Asymmetry; irregular Borders; black or uneven Colors; Diameter greater than a pencil eraser; and a growth that is Evolving or changing. If necessary, it is an extremely
simple five minute procedure for a dermatologist to remove the mole using  a "shave" biopsy technique which typically leaves
a minimal scar. The mole can then be checked microscopically for reassurance.

I suggest an appointment with a dermatologist who will most likely perform a shave excision of the site and send it into a lab for proper pathology. I never recommend people try to find similar looking sites to diagnosis themselves online. It will always be best to have a proper biopsy and pathology done. That is 100% your best route.
