I have had CoolSculpting done a couple of times and when my skin is sucked into the vacuum I cannot feel the cold temperature at all. I don't know if that is because the suction creates another feeling that "overpowers" the cold feeling or some other reason. I have never had coolSmooth but I am considering it. Do you think it is as effective as CoolSculpting and since the skin is not in the suction vacuum is the cold temperature more noticeable and harder to tolerate?
